Meditation
Daragh Byrne is a mindfulness meditation teacher based in Sydney, Australia.
His meditation journey has taken him through many styles of meditation, with an emphasis on straightforward practices that are accessible to most people.
He has trained in the delivery of Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation with The Gawler Foundation, and completed a two year program in teaching Mindfulness and Compassion with the Insight Meditation Institute in 2020.
He has been teaching meditation in Sydney since 2014, working with individuals and groups in drop-in, workshop and course environments. He has taught at a number of Sydney’s prominent yoga studios and meditation centres.
He approaches meditation with a secular mindset, yet is well-versed in the traditions from which it is derived, notably Buddhist teachings in the western Insight tradition.
